1 What these Terms cover

These General Terms provide the common rules for purchases from 11 MEDIA INC. They may apply to courses, seminars, event tickets, memberships, digital resources, consulting, media and marketing services, and other products we expressly offer. They apply to an order only when identified and made available for your acceptance before that order. The applicable offer identifies the seller; these Terms do not make us the seller of another person's product merely because we introduce it or it uses similar branding.

Each purchase also has its own description, price, payment arrangement, delivery or access period, and applicable product terms. These General Terms do not promise that every product includes coaching, recordings, publications, community access or any particular result. You purchase only the product and benefits included in your accepted offer.

Publication of these Terms, or adding a link to a payment page, does not retrospectively amend an earlier purchase, membership or signed agreement. Earlier purchasers keep the rights and promises included in their accepted agreements. Browsing our website alone is not acceptance of a purchase agreement.

2 The documents for your purchase

Your purchase agreement consists of these General Terms where applicable, the product-specific terms identified before purchase, the accepted order and payment schedule, any separately signed agreement, and enforceable specific promises made before purchase. Product terms must be clearly identified and accessible before acceptance. A document for a different product does not apply merely because it is available on our website.

Mandatory legal protections always apply. A separately signed agreement controls the matters it expressly addresses. For other matters, applicable product-specific terms and specifically agreed written variations prevail over inconsistent general wording. A later general disclaimer cannot remove a specific service, bonus, refund promise or other commitment included in the accepted purchase.

For a purchase of Sell Without Selling 90 Days, the product agreement is the Sell Without Selling 90 Days Course Enrollment Agreement, in the version identified and accepted at that purchase. That agreement addresses the course format, included benefits, access periods, payment options and refund conditions. Its terms do not apply to an unrelated product.

An engagement already governed by a separately signed business agreement is subject to these General Terms only to the extent that agreement incorporates them. Paying an invoice or opening a payment link does not by itself amend the signed agreement. Any amendment must follow the agreement's amendment process and applicable law.

We will identify the applicable versions in the purchase process and provide the accepted documents and order confirmation in a form you can retain. Please save them. Contact us if a document is unavailable or the checkout does not match the offer before completing the purchase.

3 Ordering and eligibility

You accept the purchase terms through the affirmative acceptance process presented to you, such as accepting the identified terms at checkout and completing the selected payment, or signing an agreement. The accepted offer explains any further booking or approval step. Payment for a deposit or installment authorizes only the arrangement disclosed before that payment.

You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method. If you act for a business, you confirm your authority to bind it. If you purchase for another participant, identify that participant and follow the product's participation and eligibility rules. Any age, admission or professional eligibility requirement must be disclosed for the relevant product; a purchase for a business does not itself waive applicable statutory rights.

Acceptance is subject to availability and the confirmation process disclosed in the offer. If we cannot accept an order or provide the purchased place, we will notify you, return the payment for that unavailable order and stop its further charges. We will address a material pricing or order error with you rather than charge a different amount without agreement.

Provide accurate contact and order details and keep them current. We use the supplied purchase email and the agreed service channel for confirmations, access and operational notices. Contract acceptance is not consent to optional promotional messages.

4 Product descriptions and delivery

The applicable offer states the scope, format, start or delivery arrangements, duration, included quantities, access period, eligibility conditions, and any material participant responsibilities or third-party costs. Only the benefits of that offer are included. An advertised component value is not an extra price or an automatic formula for a cancellation deduction.

Where an exact schedule is to be confirmed, we will communicate it with reasonable notice. We may make reasonable operational adjustments that preserve the accepted substance. A material postponement, reduction or substitution requires an appropriate agreement or remedy under Section 7 and applicable law.

Recording access, community access, event admission and access to downloadable materials can have different durations. The applicable product terms state those periods. These General Terms do not impose a universal one-year period, promise lifetime access or turn a fixed period of included access into a paid subscription.

We will perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. You must provide the information, approvals and cooperation reasonably required for the accepted work. A delay caused by missing materials may reasonably extend the affected schedule, but does not create an undisclosed fee or automatically forfeit purchased rights.

5 Prices taxes and payment authorization

The accepted offer and checkout identify the currency, total price or subscription rate, whether applicable taxes are included or added, the amount due now, and any later charges. These General Terms do not make all products the same price or universally tax-inclusive. We will disclose any service, financing, platform or other fee we charge before you accept it.

Stripe or another identified payment provider processes the payment. Your bank or payment provider may impose its own disclosed currency-conversion or other fees. We do not receive authorization for an unrelated product or an undisclosed recurring charge merely because you have previously used a payment method with us.

A failed payment may be retried under the existing authorization; a retry is not an additional installment or subscription period. We will not add an undisclosed late fee or automatically accelerate every future payment. Contact info@11media.pro if an amount, date or access decision appears wrong. Do not send full card details by email.

You may withdraw future automatic-debit authorization by contacting us and, where appropriate, your payment provider. That withdrawal does not itself determine whether an unpaid contractual amount remains due; a lawful alternative payment arrangement may be needed. We must stop charges no longer due because of a lawful withdrawal, cancellation, refund, agreed termination or our nonperformance. Nothing restricts your right to contact your bank.

6 One time purchases installments and subscriptions

One time purchases

A one-time purchase covers the disclosed product, service or access period. It does not automatically renew. Receiving a bonus or opening an account does not authorize a new paid membership.

Fixed installment purchases

An installment plan spreads an agreed purchase price over a finite schedule. Before acceptance, the offer must identify the total price, initial payment, number and amount of later installments, billing dates or frequency, and any disclosed fee. Automatic charges must stop when the authorized schedule is completed; we must correct any collection beyond amounts properly due.

A fixed installment purchase is different from a cancel-anytime membership. Its product terms explain the effect of voluntary withdrawal on unpaid installments, subject to mandatory rights and our performance obligations. These General Terms do not independently make every remaining installment due on withdrawal or create a cancellation penalty. A refund, lawful withdrawal, price adjustment or nonperformance may change what remains payable.

Recurring memberships and subscriptions

A product renews or continues with recurring charges only if its offer clearly discloses the recurring amount, billing frequency, renewal or continuous-service arrangement, cancellation method and any minimum commitment, and you affirmatively agree before being charged. A trial or introductory offer must also state its duration, the later price and when charging begins. We obtain any separate consent required by law and provide the required acknowledgment and notices.

The applicable membership terms explain how cancellation affects renewal and access. Cancellation must be available through the disclosed easy-to-use method, including online cancellation where required for online enrollment. You can also contact info@11media.pro for cancellation assistance; you do not have to justify your decision. We will confirm the effective date and stop future renewals in accordance with the accepted terms and mandatory law.

Canceling a subscription does not itself determine whether a refund for an already billed period is due; the applicable refund policy and mandatory rights govern. Rules about the remaining balance of a fixed course purchase do not turn an ordinary cancellable membership into a debt for future renewal periods. A paid subscription requires its own offer and consent when a period of included community access ends.

7 Cancellation refunds and nonperformance

The product-specific terms presented before purchase state the applicable voluntary refund, cancellation, rescheduling and transfer policy. We honor a more favorable express promise included in the accepted offer. These General Terms do not impose a single no-refund rule on every product or replace an existing product's refund rights.

Where a product expressly has no voluntary refunds, that policy remains subject to mandatory law, enforceable purchase promises and our obligation to provide the agreed services. It does not remove rights concerning unauthorized, duplicate or erroneous charges, services not supplied as agreed, or any other protected remedy. Starting access or accepting these Terms alone does not waive a right that requires a separate express request or acknowledgment.

Send a request to info@11media.pro with your name, purchase email and enough order information to identify the purchase. We will confirm the request and explain its effect on access and amounts properly due. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to a statutory remedy.

If we cancel the entire purchased service before supplying it, we will refund the payment for that canceled service and stop its further charges. If a material service or included benefit cannot be delivered as agreed, we will address an appropriate remedy, including completion, an agreed substitute, a price reduction or refund where required by law. You are not required to accept a materially different service.

Any financial adjustment must reflect the accepted agreement, work actually provided and applicable law. We do not automatically convert bonuses into separately payable charges, deduct inflated advertised values or introduce an undisclosed cancellation fee. An approved refund will normally use the original payment method where practicable.

8 Events seminars and schedule changes

The applicable event offer identifies the event, format, date or scheduling process, venue or online access, admission conditions, included attendees and any transfer or rescheduling rules. Do not assume that travel, accommodation, visas, insurance or personal expenses are included unless the offer expressly includes them. An online seminar does not include an in-person place or travel arrangements unless expressly agreed.

We will communicate a significant schedule, venue or delivery change promptly. Material postponement or cancellation is handled under the accepted event terms, Section 7 and mandatory law. A reasonable timetable adjustment does not allow us to remove an expressly promised service or named contributor without agreement or an appropriate remedy.

Events outside our reasonable control may require rescheduling and mitigation. They do not remove mandatory remedies for services never supplied. An external organizer's admission decision does not erase a separate access commitment that we expressly accepted responsibility for delivering.

9 Accounts participation and confidentiality

Protect your login credentials and tell us about suspected misuse. Access is for the participant or team and permitted uses stated in the relevant offer. Do not share credentials outside that permitted audience or bypass platform access restrictions. You are responsible for suitable equipment and internet access where needed for an online product.

Do not harass others, impersonate another person, share unlawful or infringing material, spam participants, scrape member details or distribute another person's private contributions. Reasonable platform and community rules may support these obligations, but cannot add undisclosed charges or remove purchased rights.

Keep non-public participant discussions, customer information and confidential business materials received through the service confidential. Use them only for the agreed activity and share them only with authorized recipients. This does not restrict lawful reporting to authorities, information already lawfully public, or disclosures required by law.

We will limit access to confidential client materials to personnel and service providers who need them for the work and are subject to appropriate obligations. Shared sessions and community spaces cannot guarantee every participant's compliance. Use redacted examples where possible and do not provide unnecessary sensitive or confidential third-party information, including to an AI practice tool.

10 Materials and custom deliverables

You retain rights in your own original materials. You permit us to use submitted materials only as needed for the accepted services, administration and agreed publication. You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you ask us to use. This permission does not extend to unrelated advertising or general AI-model training.

We and our licensors retain rights in pre-existing teaching materials, tools, templates, methods and other background materials. The applicable product terms state your permitted access and business use. Do not resell or publicly redistribute protected course resources or another participant's work without permission, except as permitted by law.

For customized media, websites, scripts and other deliverables, the accepted service agreement states the deliverables, ownership or license, payment conditions and handover arrangements. These General Terms do not promise that source files, raw footage, provider accounts, avatar models or third-party licenses are included in every service. Material licensing, hosting or continuing fees you must pay separately must be disclosed and accepted before you incur them.

Third-party rights and rights that cannot lawfully be assigned remain protected. We do not promise exclusive copyright in an AI-generated element where applicable law does not recognize it. General intellectual-property wording cannot reduce a specific ownership or usage commitment included in your accepted agreement.

11 Recordings AI tools and publicity

Recording availability and access duration are stated for the relevant product. Before recording, we will explain the intended use and audience and obtain any consent required by law. Do not secretly record or distribute sessions or third-party calls. Contact us about a recording concern so we can discuss lawful participation arrangements. A camera-off setting does not necessarily exclude your name, voice or chat from a recording.

Creating or using a synthetic version of your face or voice requires a separate specific written authorization addressing the intended purpose, relevant provider, permitted uses, duration and end-of-service arrangements. Acceptance of these General Terms alone is not a digital-replica license. AI output can be inaccurate and should be checked before business use.

We obtain separate permission before using your name, likeness, voice, testimonial, private contributions or results to advertise 11 MEDIA. Approval of content for your own business, or an agreed media placement, does not automatically permit our unrelated advertising. Any publication workflow must respect the approvals and scope in your accepted offer.

12 Outcomes responsibility and access restrictions

We promise the services and deliverables expressly included in your accepted agreement, not a particular income, profit, customer count, award, grant, audience size or return on investment. Examples and participant results are not guarantees of your results. General educational information is not individualized legal, tax, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions.

Publishers, organizers and other third parties may make their own decisions. We must explain material external conditions accurately. An outcome disclaimer does not cancel an expressly promised number of publications, sessions or other deliverables, or turn an agreed deliverable into merely an attempt to provide it.

We may restrict access or terminate affected services for a material breach, fraud, unlawful conduct or a serious threat to participants or systems. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to address it; urgent protective action may be necessary. You may request a review by email.

Restriction or termination does not automatically forfeit prepaid fees or make every future payment due. Financial consequences depend on the accepted agreement, services actually supplied and applicable law. We remain responsible for our own contractual obligations. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protected statutory rights, fraud or willful misconduct.

13 Privacy versions and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling and applicable choices. Acceptance of purchase terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing, public use of your identity, undisclosed recording or processing that requires a separate permission. A payment provider's terms and privacy notice govern its own services and do not replace the agreement for our product.

The versions accepted for a purchase govern that purchase. We may publish new versions for future purchases, but cannot retrospectively increase your price, remove included benefits or reduce existing rights. Changes to an ongoing subscription require the notices and agreement required by its accepted terms and applicable law. A new general webpage does not by itself amend a signed business agreement.

California law governs purchases to which these General Terms apply, subject to mandatory protections and court-access rights applicable where you live, and any governing-law provision in a separately signed agreement that controls under Section 2. Email info@11media.pro so we can try to resolve a concern. These General Terms impose no mandatory arbitration and do not waive court, regulator or collective-action rights provided by applicable law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed to the extent permitted by law without invalidating the remainder. Failure to enforce a term once is not a general waiver. Nothing in these General Terms removes a mandatory legal protection or an enforceable specific promise included in the purchase.
