1 Your agreement with us

This Agreement is our offer for enrollment in Sell Without Selling 90 Days to Authority and Premium Clients, taught by Arusiak Amarian, also known as Arus. It sets out the course, included benefits, price and payment obligations.

This version governs only enrollments for which it is made available and affirmatively accepted before purchase. Its effective date does not make it apply retrospectively. Existing purchasers keep the services, bonuses, refund promises and other rights included in their accepted offers. In particular, this version does not remove individual support previously promised to an existing purchaser.

You accept this Agreement by affirmatively agreeing to it at checkout and completing the selected enrollment payment. Browsing the website is not acceptance. Enrollment is subject to a place being available and our payment confirmation. If we cannot accept your enrollment or provide a place, we will refund the payment and stop further charges.

We will provide an enrollment confirmation and this version of the Agreement in a form you can retain. The Agreement includes the selected payment schedule and specific written promises presented and accepted before purchase. A general disclaimer or later webpage change cannot remove an express purchase promise. Any specifically agreed written variation prevails for the issue it addresses, subject to mandatory law.

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, legally able to contract, and authorized to use the payment method. If you purchase for a business or another participant, identify the participant and confirm your authority. A business purchase does not itself waive applicable statutory rights.

2 Course format and schedule

The founding cohort starts in January 2027, lasts 90 days, and has up to 25 participants. The precise start date is not fixed in this offer. We will communicate the start and end dates, session times, time zone and access instructions in writing with reasonable advance notice.

The course includes two live Zoom classes per week with Arus during the program, combining teaching and group application. It includes practice in pairs, an AI buyer-type practice bot, and pitch, sales-script and media-kit templates. Individual participation and group feedback depend on the class format; enrollment does not guarantee a private hot seat or individual review in every session.

The curriculum has three modules:

  • Foundation covers business and positioning assessment, buyer types, a premium offer, and practical foundations for presenting your expertise.
  • Authority covers content, media outreach, pitches, reputation and a media kit, with exercises for building professional visibility.
  • Sales covers sales principles, buyer types, objections, conversations and a repeatable sales process.

We may adjust the teaching sequence and exercises while preserving the substance of the course. A learning target, such as making a sale or securing additional publicity through your own outreach, is a working goal rather than a promised business result. The separate three-placement benefit in Section 4 remains an actual delivery commitment.

3 Recordings materials and community access

All live Zoom classes are recorded. Recordings and course materials remain available to enrolled participants for one year after the course end date. We will communicate that date and the corresponding access end date. A reasonable replacement-class arrangement cannot shorten the promised access period.

Recordings may include participant names, images, voices, chat and shared work. Their intended audience is enrolled participants and authorized course personnel for course delivery, learning and administration. They are not public marketing assets. Before recording, we provide notice and obtain any separate consent required by law. Accepting this Agreement is not blanket consent to every recording or use of your identity. Contact us before a session if you have a recording concern so we can discuss lawful participation options; turning off a camera alone does not necessarily remove your name, voice or chat from a recording.

If a technical failure prevents a usable recording, we will provide a reasonable replacement recording or equivalent teaching material. You must not secretly record classes or share recordings outside the permitted audience.

The separate community bonus lasts one year from the date your program community access is first provided. This clock is different from the recording and materials access period. Community platform details and access instructions will be communicated to you. Included access does not automatically become a paid Circle or other membership when the year ends. A later paid membership requires a separate clear offer and affirmative acceptance.

4 Included benefits and their conditions

The course price under either payment option includes the following benefits.

Three editorial media placements

We will arrange three editorial media features about you or your business, with outlets selected by 11 MEDIA. Sending three pitches or making three submissions alone does not satisfy this commitment. The publication format and content are coordinated with the relevant outlet and your reasonable approvals. No particular outlet, audience size, reach, ranking or subsequent commercial result is promised.

Placements will be arranged in connection with the program within a reasonable period. No fixed publication deadline is represented by the 90-day course title. Timing requires editorial coordination, suitable source materials and participant approvals, and may extend beyond the live course. We will coordinate the working schedule with you in writing, communicate progress and significant delays, and reasonably address delays. An outlet declining a proposed item does not eliminate our three-placement obligation; we must pursue another appropriate placement or address nonperformance under Section 9.

You must supply accurate, lawful biographical and business materials and respond to reasonable approval requests. Delays attributable to missing materials or approvals may reasonably extend the affected schedule, without an undisclosed fee or automatic forfeiture. We will seek any necessary authorization before publishing identifying content.

Online small group mastermind

Participation in an online mastermind in a small group is included. Scheduling and access arrangements will be communicated separately. This is a group benefit, not a promise of private coaching.

Community access

The year of access is described in Section 3.

EmpowerHer speaking consideration

You may be considered for the EmpowerHer speaking shortlist, subject to selection. Inclusion on a shortlist and a speaking slot are not guaranteed.

Individual assistance

For enrollments governed by this version, a private one-to-one coaching call and review of your individual sales calls or inquiries are not guaranteed package benefits. Any additional individual assistance we choose to provide is discretionary and has no promised quantity or duration. This does not reduce an earlier purchaser’s accepted benefits or a specific additional promise made in writing before your purchase.

5 Additional seminar for full payment

If you select and pay the USD 5,000 full-payment option at enrollment, the offer also includes an online two-day seminar with Arus Amarian and Maria Solodar at no additional charge. Dates and participation arrangements will be announced later with reasonable notice. This offer promises an online seminar, not an in-person event or travel arrangements.

The seminar is not included in the installment option unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing before purchase. Paying an installment balance early does not by itself change the selected offer. We cannot remove the seminar after an eligible full-payment purchase. Material cancellation or inability to deliver it is addressed under Section 9.

The benefits in this Agreement are not subject to an undisclosed “today only” deadline. Any separate promotion must state its actual eligibility and timing before purchase. Advertised component values and future cohort prices do not increase your price, create extra charges, or automatically determine refund deductions.

6 Total price and finite payment options

The total course price is USD 5,000, including applicable taxes, under either option:

  • Full payment of USD 5,000 at enrollment.
  • USD 2,000 at enrollment, followed by three monthly installments of USD 1,000 each. The first USD 1,000 installment is due 30 days after enrollment; the next two are due monthly on the billing schedule confirmed to you.

We charge no additional interest, financing fee or payment-plan fee. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency-conversion or other disclosed fee.

This is a finite payment plan for one purchase, not a cancel-anytime monthly membership. After the initial USD 2,000 and three USD 1,000 installments have been paid, automatic charges must stop. There is no program renewal, extra year or automatic paid community renewal. We must correct any collection beyond amounts properly due.

The payment schedule begins at enrollment even if the January 2027 course starts later. It is separate from the service schedule. If checkout labels the recurring component as having a 30-day trial, that refers only to the deferral of its first USD 1,000 charge. It does not make the initial USD 2,000 payment refundable or create a free course trial.

7 Payment authorization and overdue amounts

Stripe processes payments through the checkout presented to you. By selecting the installment option and affirmatively authorizing its disclosed schedule, you authorize the initial payment and the three stated installments from your selected payment method. That authorization does not cover an indefinite subscription or unrelated purchases.

Keep billing details current. A failed payment may be retried under the existing authorization, but a retry is not an additional installment. We will not add an undisclosed late fee or accelerate all remaining installments because a payment fails or you stop participating.

After notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve an overdue amount, we may suspend affected future access or services to the extent permitted by law, respecting paid-for services and statutory remedies. Contact us if a charge or access decision appears wrong so a person can review it.

You may withdraw future automatic-debit authorization by contacting us and, where appropriate, your payment provider. Stopping automatic debits does not itself decide whether an unpaid contractual amount remains due; an agreed alternative payment arrangement may be needed. We must stop charges no longer due because of a lawful withdrawal, refund, agreed termination or our nonperformance. Nothing here restricts your right to contact your bank.

8 Voluntary withdrawal and refund policy

We do not offer voluntary refunds. Subject to mandatory law and an enforceable express promise made before purchase, fees are not refundable for a change of mind, missed classes, non-participation, unused materials or choosing not to use a benefit. There is no voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee under this offer.

Choosing to withdraw does not automatically release the unpaid installments of the fixed USD 5,000 purchase price, subject to your mandatory rights and our performance obligations. It does not accelerate their due dates or create a cancellation fee. A cancellation or price adjustment arising from our nonperformance or an applicable legal right may change what remains payable.

Email info@11media.pro with your name, purchase email and enough order information to identify the enrollment. Do not send full card details. We will confirm the request and explain its effect on access and amounts properly due.

This policy does not remove mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal or refund rights; remedies for services not supplied as agreed; or rights concerning unauthorized, duplicate or erroneous charges. Starting access or accepting these Terms alone does not waive a right that requires a separate express request or acknowledgment.

9 Our cancellation postponement or nonperformance

We will deliver the course and included benefits with reasonable care and skill. We may make reasonable scheduling changes, with prompt notice, while preserving the accepted course and benefits. Cancelled classes must be replaced or otherwise remedied appropriately. A material postponement, reduction or substitution is not an ordinary timetable adjustment, and you are not required to accept a materially different service.

If we cancel the entire course before providing it, we will refund payments for that canceled enrollment and stop future installments. If a material service or included benefit cannot be delivered as agreed, we will address an appropriate remedy, including completion, an agreed substitute, a price reduction or refund where required by law. This applies to the three media placements and, for eligible purchasers, the seminar.

Any financial adjustment must reflect the accepted agreement, services actually provided and applicable law. We do not automatically convert bonuses into separately payable charges or deduct inflated advertised values. An approved refund will normally use the original payment method where practicable. Events outside our reasonable control may require rescheduling and mitigation but do not remove mandatory remedies for services never supplied.

10 Participation confidentiality and conduct

You are responsible for suitable internet access and equipment, checking program messages, attending or using the recordings, and completing your own practice. Personal attendance or use of every benefit is your choice and does not determine whether we provided it.

Keep other participants’ non-public information, discussions and shared work confidential. Do not share private recordings or customer information without a lawful basis and required permissions. Use redacted or fictional examples where possible. Do not enter sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data into the practice bot. AI output may be inaccurate and should be checked before business use.

Do not harass others, share unlawful or infringing material, spam participants, scrape member details, impersonate another person or distribute private contributions. Reasonable community rules may support these duties but cannot add undisclosed charges or remove purchased rights. Shared settings cannot guarantee that every participant complies; report concerns promptly.

11 Course materials and participant work

We and our licensors retain ownership of course recordings, teaching materials, tools, templates and methods. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access included resources during the promised access period and use the templates and knowledge in your own business. You may retain your own completed business documents and lawful adaptations after access ends. You may not share login credentials, resell or publicly redistribute the course, recordings or other participants’ materials, except as permitted by law or our written permission.

You retain rights in your own original materials. You permit us to use submitted work only as needed for the agreed course activity, feedback and administration. This is not permission for unrelated advertising, public testimonials or general AI-model training. We obtain separate permission before using your name, image, voice, private contribution or results to market 11 MEDIA. Publishing approved content as part of a media placement is distinct from permission for our own advertising.

12 Outcomes responsibility and access restrictions

We promise the services and benefits expressly described, not a particular income, profit, customer count, business valuation or return on investment. Educational examples and participant results are not guarantees of your results. You remain responsible for your business decisions. General course information is not individualized legal, tax or other regulated professional advice.

We may restrict access for a material breach, fraud, unlawful conduct or a serious threat to participants or systems. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to address it; urgent protective action may be necessary. You may request review by email. Access restriction does not automatically forfeit prepaid fees or make every future installment due. Financial consequences remain subject to Sections 8 and 9 and applicable law.

We remain responsible for our own contractual obligations. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protected statutory rights, fraud or willful misconduct.

13 Privacy changes and dispute resolution

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling and applicable choices. Acceptance of this Agreement is not blanket consent to promotional messages, public use of your likeness, undisclosed recording or optional processing requiring separate permission.

The version accepted at enrollment governs that purchase. We may publish new versions for future enrollments, but cannot retrospectively increase your price, remove benefits or reduce existing rights. Material changes to an existing agreement require the agreement or notice required by law. An unenforceable provision is limited or severed to the extent permitted by law without invalidating the remainder. Failure to enforce a term once is not a general waiver.

California law governs, subject to mandatory protections and court-access rights applicable where you live. Email info@11media.pro so we can try to resolve a concern; doing so is not a prerequisite to a statutory remedy. This Agreement imposes no mandatory arbitration and does not waive court, regulator or collective-action rights provided by applicable law.
