This Privacy Policy explains how 11 MEDIA INC (“11 MEDIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with:
Where applicable law uses these terms, 11 MEDIA INC is the controller or business for the personal information whose purposes and means of processing we determine. When we handle personal information on behalf of a business client, that client may instead be the controller or business, and our role and instructions must be addressed in the relevant services and data-processing terms. See Section 7.
This Policy covers our activities. Tilda, Stripe, Circle, publishers, social-media services, and other providers may process information independently under their own notices. A separate privacy notice presented for EmpowerHer Community continues to explain that community’s specific membership and platform practices; this Policy does not change a separate community subscription or authorize new uses of community content.
The information involved depends on your interactions and the services you request. We collect relevant information in the following categories:
Payment details are entered through the payment provider’s checkout. Please do not send full payment-card numbers, card security codes, identity documents, or passwords through email, ordinary messaging, or community posts. For client systems, use delegated access or another secure method agreed with us rather than sending an account password.
We obtain information directly from you; from your use of our website, programs, and communications; from payment, community, hosting, and other service providers; from a business client who is authorized to provide it; and from public professional sources relevant to an inquiry or an agreed project. We also receive information from people you authorize to act on your behalf.
If you give us information about someone else, provide only what is necessary and make sure you have the required authority, notices, and permissions. Public availability does not remove every privacy or publicity right.
We use relevant information to:
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract; legal obligations; legitimate interests such as proportionate service administration, security, and dispute handling, balanced against your rights; and consent where required for a particular optional activity. We do not rely on legitimate interests as a substitute where consent is legally required.
Reading this Policy or accepting our Terms does not constitute blanket consent to marketing, public use of your identity, recording, or AI cloning. If information is required to provide a purchase or service, we will explain that when requesting it. Without necessary information, we may be unable to provide the relevant service.
Stripe processes payments for the products offered through our Stripe checkout links. We use the transaction and limited billing information made available by Stripe to reconcile purchases, administer the agreed payment arrangement, manage access, handle refunds, and address disputes. Stripe also processes information for its own payment, security, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Payment records may be linked with a program or community account to provide, suspend, or restore access under the applicable purchase terms. If you believe an access or payment-status decision is incorrect, email us for a person to review it.
A privacy or deletion request does not itself cancel a purchase, stop an installment obligation, or cancel a separate subscription. Use the cancellation or refund procedure in the applicable terms as well. We may need to retain lawful billing and dispute records even after other information is deleted.
In a group session or community, your name, profile, contributions, voice, image, and shared materials may be visible to other participants and administrators, depending on the features you use. Share only information appropriate for that audience. Community rules restrict unauthorized disclosure, but participants may retain copies and we cannot guarantee that every recipient will comply.
Where a program includes Circle community access, Circle hosts the relevant account and contributions. See the Circle Privacy Notice and any separate community notice provided at registration.
We give notice before recording a live session and obtain any consent required by applicable law. The notice will identify the intended audience and use of the recording. Participation in a program does not authorize undisclosed recording or public release. If you have a privacy concern about a recording, contact us before the session so that we can discuss available options. You must also obtain required permissions before recording others or submitting recordings to us.
We do not use private community contributions, your name, photograph, voice, or testimonial in our own public marketing without separate permission. When a client specifically authorizes a media pitch, publication, website, social-media post, or other public deliverable as part of the purchased service, we use the approved information for that purpose. That authorization is distinct from permission to use it in our own portfolio or advertising.
Information published with your authorization may be available worldwide and may be copied, indexed, or retained by publishers, platforms, search engines, and other people. We cannot guarantee recall of every public copy. We will consider withdrawal or removal requests in light of applicable law and the permissions and arrangements involved.
Client-customer information. Before receiving customer datasets or accessing client systems containing personal information, we and the client must identify the permitted purpose, necessary information, access permissions, provider roles, and any required data-processing terms. Clients remain responsible for appropriate collection notices and authority to instruct the work. Use anonymized, redacted, or sample information where the task can be completed without identifiable customer data. Do not submit health, financial-account, government-identifier, or other sensitive information unless expressly agreed and lawfully supported.
If our work involves a client’s website, CRM, or customer communications, that client’s privacy notice ordinarily explains its own collection and use of its customers’ information. This Policy does not replace it or authorize a client to send marketing communications without the required legal basis. If we receive a request concerning information we process only on a client’s instructions, we will direct it to the client or assist as required by the applicable agreement and law.
AI avatars, voice, and likeness. Creating an avatar or synthetic voice requires specific authorization from the person represented, or another legally sufficient authorization, before their materials are used. Before that processing, the project authorization must explain the intended use, relevant provider, source materials, audience, retention or deletion arrangements, and any material provider use of the materials for its own purposes. Additional notices or consent may be required where the processing involves biometric information under applicable law.
Permission to participate in coaching, upload an ordinary photograph, or accept this Policy does not by itself authorize voice cloning, an AI likeness, or unrelated model training. Confidential client or customer information must not be submitted to an AI service outside the agreed purpose and permitted provider arrangements. Any additional use requiring consent must be separately explained and authorized before it occurs.
We disclose relevant information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
Providers may act on our instructions or process some information independently, depending on their role. We limit disclosures to the information appropriate for the relevant purpose. A list of provider categories is not permission for unrelated use of confidential materials.
Our website uses Tilda for hosting, forms, and website statistics. Technical information supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting, and measurement of visits and campaign referrals. Tilda statistics can involve IP-derived location, page and referral information, campaign parameters, and, depending on configuration, analytics cookies or similar identifiers. The information collected depends on the statistics and cookie settings used for the relevant page.
Tilda and other providers involved in website delivery, checkout, or community access may collect technical information when their services are used. A provider’s processing on our behalf and its independent processing are explained in the relevant provider arrangements and notices. Links to external websites or social-media profiles do not make their independent practices subject to this Policy.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. This can affect website features and may cover only the browser or device you configure. Blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent technical logs or other information needed to deliver a page. Provider notices explain additional controls on their own services.
If we enable additional analytics or advertising technologies, the relevant notice and legally required choices must be provided before that processing begins. Where applicable law requires prior consent for nonessential technologies, they must be withheld until the required consent is obtained. Where a website privacy-preference control is provided, you can use it to change the choices it covers. You may also contact info@11media.pro about available choices and applicable opt-out rights.
The Tilda website-statistics script used on these pages does not itself respond to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. You can contact us about browser signals and use the request methods in Section 10. Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals must be honored where applicable law requires, for the processing and browser or device they cover. A browser setting does not itself cancel a purchase or submit a request to delete all records.
Some privacy laws treat certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising as “sharing” or a “sale,” even without a monetary payment. Those terms do not necessarily cover an ordinary operational disclosure to a contracted service provider. Where an applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out right exists, you may exercise it using the legally required method provided for that activity or contact us about the relevant processing. This Policy does not waive those rights or treat acceptance of our Terms as an opt-in to advertising disclosures.
Stripe, Circle, and other external services have their own cookies and privacy settings. Their notices explain the technologies they use independently.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message or email us at info@11media.pro. We may still send necessary purchase, scheduling, support, security, and legal messages. Withdrawing marketing permission does not by itself end a purchased service.
Depending on your residence, the applicable law, and the circumstances, you may have rights to:
California’s CCPA rights apply where its coverage requirements are met; this Policy does not state that every CCPA requirement applies to every activity or that every visitor has identical rights. Other mandatory privacy protections may apply separately. You can contact us to review or request changes to information we maintain about you, or to exercise an applicable statutory right.
Send a request to info@11media.pro, describe the request, and identify the email address or service involved. Do not email identity documents or sensitive information unless we request a proportionate verification method through an appropriate channel. We may verify identity and authority where permitted and necessary, and an authorized agent may submit a request subject to applicable verification rules. Opt-out requests will not be subject to identity verification where the law prohibits it.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law, explain lawful exceptions or a refusal, and provide any applicable appeal procedure. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Requests about a provider’s independent processing may need to be sent to that provider.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of the service relationship, the type and sensitivity of information, applicable recordkeeping duties, limitation periods, security needs, and unresolved requests or disputes.
Contact and mailing-list records are retained while needed for the requested communications and related preferences. Purchase, tax, contract, and permission records may need to remain after services end. Coaching submissions, recordings, client files, and AI source materials are retained for the agreed service or access period and any additional limited period needed for a documented legal, security, or dispute purpose. Project-specific retention or deletion arrangements should be stated in the relevant authorization or services terms.
When retention is no longer justified, we delete or anonymize information or arrange for its return where appropriate. Backup copies may remain until removed through the normal backup lifecycle and must not be restored for unrelated use. Providers, other participants, and publishers may retain information independently under their own lawful arrangements. Ending access or withdrawing from a program does not automatically delete every earlier contribution or billing record.
We are based in the United States. Our providers, clients, participants, and authorized publication recipients may be in other countries, so information may be processed outside your country of residence. Those countries may have different privacy laws.
Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguards for a transfer for which we are responsible, the transfer must meet those requirements. Contact us for information about the relevant recipients and safeguards. Accepting this Policy alone is not a waiver of mandatory privacy rights or a substitute for a required transfer safeguard.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and processing to protect the records and systems we control and to limit access to authorized people. We expect providers and contractors to protect information within their responsibilities. No method of storage or transmission guarantees complete security.
Keep your accounts secure, share only necessary information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure to info@11media.pro.
Our programs and client services are intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of legal majority if higher. Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so that we can assess and address it.
We may update this Policy when our services, providers, or practices change. We will identify the new effective date and provide notice of material changes through an appropriate website or customer communication. Where a change requires consent, we will obtain it before carrying out that processing. A new policy does not retroactively authorize an incompatible use of previously collected information.

These Terms govern use of the relevant 11media.pro webpages and the purchase and delivery of the Sell Without Selling 90 Days to Authority and Premium Clients program at https://11media.pro/90days and the twelve-month Business Transformation program at https://11media.pro/empower. They explain what you purchase, how payment plans work, and your rights and responsibilities during delivery. The program-specific provisions below form part of these Terms.
Your agreement is with 11 MEDIA INC, operating as 11 MEDIA ("we," "us" or "our"). "You" means the purchaser and, where relevant, the individual enrolled in the program. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. Buying for business purposes does not by itself waive any rights that applicable law gives you.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate enrollment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
The agreement is formed when you affirmatively accept these Terms and complete the applicable enrollment or signed order. We will provide confirmation and the applicable terms in a form you can retain. For a personalized engagement, a separately signed service agreement or statement of work may also apply. A purchase already accepted by us cannot be made conditional on your later agreement to undisclosed additional terms.
Your agreement includes these Terms, the program description and specific promises presented when you purchased, the payment schedule you selected, and any separately agreed written service specifications. A specific written term prevails over inconsistent general wording to the extent it expressly addresses that issue. We cannot withdraw an express pre-purchase promise through a general disclaimer or a later website change.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to marketing, public use of your image, creation of an AI avatar, or any processing that requires separate permission.
We will provide the services, deliverables and bonuses included in your accepted offer with reasonable care and skill. Dates, access instructions, practical arrangements and the working schedule will be communicated through your enrollment confirmation and program communications. A detail left to scheduling does not remove an included service from your purchase.
You are responsible for suitable equipment, internet access, attending or arranging agreed sessions, providing accurate source materials, and responding to reasonable requests for approvals or information. Delays caused by missing materials or approvals may require a reasonable adjustment to the affected delivery schedule. They do not authorize an undisclosed fee or automatic forfeiture of all services.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for materials and data you give us. Share only information needed for the work. Do not provide another person's confidential records, private call recordings or customer information without a lawful basis and any required permissions. Access to business systems should use authorized accounts and limited permissions rather than passwords sent in ordinary messages.
Your personal program access may not be shared, resold or transferred without written agreement. Team training expressly included in the Business Transformation offer is permitted for your designated team and is not prohibited by this restriction.
Choosing not to participate, use a benefit or attend a session does not by itself cancel your agreement or payment plan. If you need to reschedule or cannot participate, contact us promptly. Any rescheduling arrangement must be agreed; no undisclosed cancellation or missed-session fee applies.
Prices are in United States dollars (USD). The accepted offer and checkout identify the total payable and applicable tax treatment before you approve payment. Current checkout descriptions state that applicable taxes are included. Your bank or payment provider may impose its own disclosed conversion or transaction charges.
The payment choices for the offers covered by these Terms are:
For the current installment checkout, the first monthly installment falls due after the initial 30-day deferral. The remaining installments fall due monthly on the billing schedule in your confirmation. The initial payment is collected at enrollment even though the recurring component may be displayed by Stripe as having a 30-day trial. That display does not mean the whole program is free for 30 days and does not create an additional refund promise.
These are finite payment plans for a stated purchase price. They do not renew into another program, another year or a separate paid community membership. After the three or seven monthly installments, respectively, have been paid, scheduled charges must stop. You do not have to cancel an ongoing subscription to prevent charges beyond the agreed total. Any charge beyond the amount properly due must be corrected.
The payment schedule is separate from the service schedule. Paying installments early, or finishing them before the end of a program, does not shorten the agreed service term. The first installment does not depend on the January 2027 course start if you enrolled earlier, unless a different schedule was expressly agreed before purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another provider identified before payment. By expressly agreeing to the selected installment schedule and the associated payment authorization, you authorize collection of the initial payment and the disclosed installments from your selected payment method. This authorization covers amounts properly due under that schedule, not unrelated purchases or an indefinite renewal.
Keep your billing details current through the payment-management options provided or contact info@11media.pro for assistance. If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry the same unpaid installment under the existing authorization. A retry is not a new installment. We will not impose an undisclosed late fee or increase the agreed total.
We may contact you about an overdue payment and, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, suspend affected future services or access to the extent permitted by law. Access already paid for and any statutory remedies must be respected. An overdue payment does not automatically accelerate every remaining installment.
You may withdraw permission for future automatic debits by contacting us and, where appropriate, your payment provider. Withdrawing a payment authorization and ending the underlying service agreement are separate matters: withdrawal alone does not determine whether any unpaid price remains legally due. Conversely, we must stop charges that are no longer due because of an agreed termination, an applicable withdrawal right, a refund or a failure to provide the contracted service.
Contact info@11media.pro if a payment succeeds but access is missing, a billing date appears wrong, or you believe an incorrect charge occurred. Nothing here restricts your right to contact your bank or payment provider.
Program fees are non-refundable as a matter of our voluntary refund policy. We do not offer voluntary or prorated refunds for a change of mind, non-participation, unused time, missed sessions or choosing not to use an included benefit. This policy is subject to mandatory applicable law and any express refund promise made before purchase.
Send cancellation, withdrawal or refund requests to info@11media.pro with the purchaser's name, purchase email and sufficient transaction details to identify the order. Do not send full payment-card details. We will confirm the request and explain the effect on services, access and any amounts properly due.
An installment plan spreads payment of the purchase price; it is not a monthly membership that you may automatically end without further obligation by ceasing participation. Subject to your mandatory rights and our obligations to provide the contracted services, voluntary cancellation or non-participation does not release you from installments of the agreed purchase price. Services not provided as agreed, an applicable withdrawal right, or an agreed termination may change what remains due. These Terms do not impose an automatic cancellation penalty or accelerate future installments merely because you stop participating.
The no-voluntary-refund policy does not remove rights concerning unauthorized, duplicate or erroneous charges, services not provided as agreed, or any other mandatory remedy. Where applicable law provides a cooling-off or withdrawal right, it remains available. Starting access or accepting these Terms alone does not waive a right that requires a separate express request or acknowledgment.
If we cancel an entire program before providing it, we will refund payments for that canceled program and stop its future charges. If we cannot provide a material paid service or included benefit, we will discuss a suitable remedy, including completion, an agreed substitute, a price reduction or refund where required by law. You are not required to accept a materially different service. A reasonable allocation may take account of work actually provided and agreed pricing; advertised standalone values are not automatically used to deduct bonuses or inflate amounts retained.
We do not automatically convert bonuses into separately payable charges on cancellation. A refund or termination adjustment cannot create undisclosed fees or override mandatory rights. Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable.
We may make reasonable scheduling or delivery adjustments that preserve the substance of the accepted offer and will communicate them promptly. A change of a guest contributor does not remove a promise that a specifically named person will deliver a purchased service unless you agree to the change or receive an appropriate remedy.
For material postponement, cancellation or inability to deliver an included activity, Section 5 and applicable law apply. Circumstances outside our reasonable control may require rescheduling and reasonable mitigation; they do not permit us to retain payment for services never supplied without the remedies required by law.
Event dates, locations, entry requirements and travel arrangements must be communicated before attendance. Unless expressly included, airfare, accommodation, visas, insurance, clothing and personal expenses are your responsibility. Do not assume travel costs are included in the program price. This does not transfer responsibility for our own promised access or services to you.
The programs provide education, coaching, business development and the specific marketing services in your accepted offer. We do not guarantee a particular income, profit, customer count, grant, award, publication ranking or other commercial outcome. You remain responsible for business decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where needed.
Publishers, podcast producers, award bodies, grant makers and event organizers may make their own editorial or admission decisions. We must accurately explain what we undertake to deliver and any relevant third-party conditions. A disclaimer about external decisions does not cancel an expressly promised number of deliverables or entitle us to describe an application as a guaranteed award.
General program information is not individualized legal, tax, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee transactions or results from introductions or interactions with other participants.
Treat non-public business information, participant discussions and personal information received during the program as confidential. Use it only for the agreed participation or work and share it only with people authorized to receive it. This does not restrict information already lawfully public, independently obtained or required to be disclosed by law, or prevent lawful reporting to authorities.
We will limit access to confidential client materials to people and providers who need them for the work and are subject to appropriate obligations. Group sessions and community spaces are shared settings, so we cannot guarantee that every other participant will comply. Do not share trade secrets or unnecessary sensitive records in those spaces.
You must not harass others, misrepresent your identity, share illegal or infringing material, send spam, scrape member information, solicit members without authorization, or distribute another person's private messages or materials without appropriate permission.
Community rules may support these Terms, but cannot introduce an undisclosed charge or remove your purchased program, refund or other mandatory rights. Included community access does not authorize a separately billed membership when the included period ends; a new paid membership requires its own clear terms and affirmative agreement.
You retain ownership of materials, branding and data you provide. You grant us a limited permission to use them to perform the agreed work, deliver the program and provide support. This does not grant permission for unrelated public advertising or AI training.
We and our licensors retain rights in pre-existing tools, templates, teaching materials, methods and other background intellectual property. You may use program materials for your own learning and business operations, including expressly included team training. You may not resell or redistribute the course or other participants' materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
For customized work created for you, such as approved video files, website content, sales scripts, a media kit or an e-book, the accepted service specification may allocate ownership and payment to particular deliverables or milestones. Unless a different written arrangement was accepted, we transfer the intellectual-property rights we own in final custom material when the agreed price allocated to it is paid, or when the full package price is paid if no allocation was agreed. Background materials and third-party components are excluded from that transfer. During an agreed installment plan, you have permission to use final materials we have delivered to you for their intended business purpose while you meet the payment terms; any effect of suspension or termination on that permission must respect Sections 5 and 11 and applicable law. We also grant the continuing license reasonably needed to use embedded background materials as part of a final deliverable whose rights have transferred to you. Third-party licenses, platform restrictions and rights that cannot legally be assigned continue to apply.
Source files, production tools, raw footage, provider accounts and avatar models are included only where the accepted scope or an applicable ownership right provides for them. We will disclose material licensing or hosting restrictions before you commit to a dependent service. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated elements where the law does not recognize it.
Recording a session, reviewing a recorded sales call, or creating an AI avatar may involve other people's privacy and image or voice rights. Before recording a session, we will give notice of the intended recording and its use and obtain any consent required by law. You must not secretly record or distribute sessions or third-party calls. If you raise a concern, we will discuss appropriate participation or review arrangements.
Creating or using a synthetic version of your face or voice requires a separate, specific written authorization that identifies the intended purpose, relevant provider, permitted uses, duration and deletion or end-of-service arrangements. Accepting these Terms alone does not grant a general digital-replica license. We will not authorize unrelated endorsement, impersonation or general model training using your face, voice or confidential materials without an appropriate separate agreement and any legally required consent.
We will submit content for your approval where required by the agreed workflow before publishing it on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of statements about your business. We remain responsible for our own work and for acting within the approved scope.
Using your name, likeness, voice, testimonial, private messages or results to advertise 11 MEDIA requires separate permission. Approval to publish content for your own business is not automatically approval for our advertising. Once authorized content is lawfully made public, third parties may retain copies outside our control; this does not expand our own permission.
We may restrict access or terminate services for a material breach, fraud, unlawful conduct or a serious threat to people, information or systems. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to address it. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent serious harm. You may request a review by emailing info@11media.pro.
Ending access does not automatically forfeit all prepaid fees or make every future payment due. Financial consequences must be determined under Section 5, the services actually provided, the accepted agreement and applicable law. We will not continue automatic charges for services or amounts no longer due.
We will take reasonable steps to address service interruptions within our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by another participant's independent conduct, your independent business decisions or third-party systems outside our reasonable control. This does not excuse our own negligence or breach of a promised service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or protected statutory claims.
The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. We may update website terms for future use and future purchases, but cannot retrospectively increase your agreed price, remove included services or reduce existing refund rights. Material changes to an existing engagement require notice and any agreement required by law.
California law governs this agreement, subject to mandatory protections and court-access rights applicable where you live. Contact info@11media.pro so we can try to resolve a concern; this is not a prerequisite to exercising statutory rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive court, regulator or collective-action rights provided by applicable law.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive it generally. The accepted documents described in Section 1 form the agreement without removing enforceable pre-purchase promises or mandatory rights.

This section applies to the founding-cohort offer at https://11media.pro/90days: Sell Without Selling 90 Days to Authority and Premium Clients, taught live by Arusiak Amarian. The advertised cohort starts in January 2027 and is limited to 25 seats. We will communicate the precise start date, live-session schedule and access arrangements in writing; any material postponement is handled under Sections 5 and 6.
The purchase includes the 90-day live program and the bonuses in the accepted offer: three media features; review of your calls and inquiries with Arus; one individual coaching call; one year of community access; an online mastermind in a small group; and consideration for the EmpowerHer speaking shortlist, subject to selection. Shortlisting is not a guaranteed speaking slot.
The founding offer includes the two-day seminar with Arus Amarian and Maria Solodar as an extra bonus for the qualifying full-payment purchase. It is not included in the installment option unless expressly confirmed. Seminar dates, format and venue will be communicated separately. We cannot remove a promised bonus after an eligible purchase.
Media formats are agreed with the relevant publications. The three-feature commitment must be read consistently with the deliverables and eligibility information disclosed before purchase; a general no-results disclaimer does not remove that commitment. No particular publication name, unpaid editorial endorsement or audience size is promised unless expressly included.
The year of included community access begins when program community access is first provided, unless a different start date was disclosed and accepted before purchase. It does not become a USD 49.99 monthly membership automatically. Access to recordings or course materials beyond the stated program period is included only as expressly promised before purchase; we will honor any such promise.
The total price and finite payment options are stated in Section 3. Future cohort pricing and advertised bonus values do not change the price or create additional charges under an existing purchase. A limited-time bonus must be assessed against the promotion disclosed when you purchased, not a deadline introduced afterward.
This section applies to the twelve-month Business Transformation offer at https://11media.pro/empower. Stripe checkout or receipts may identify the same package as "Inner Cercle." The program is priced at USD 65,000 under either payment choice in Section 3 and is advertised as accepting five clients per year, each with a dedicated team.
The twelve-month service period starts on the onboarding date agreed in writing. We will confirm the service calendar, responsibilities, approval process and delivery milestones during onboarding. Those arrangements organize the accepted scope and cannot unilaterally reduce it.
The accepted authority-building scope includes:
The accepted business-development scope includes a sales course and negotiation training for you and your team; a two-day seminar with the included additional attendee described in the offer; a sales-funnel audit; sales scripts and a playbook; CRM setup; and a mastermind group of six to eight with regular meetings, personal business matching and a private member directory.
We will agree practical production and access details with you, including source materials for the AI avatar, approval timing, relevant publication and podcast formats, website handover and hosting arrangements, CRM access, team participation and event scheduling. Any third-party cost or recurring license fee that you must pay separately must be disclosed and accepted before you incur it. We cannot introduce an undisclosed charge to supply a benefit already sold as included.
The qualifying limited-time enrollment offer includes the advertised Cannes Film Festival 2027 red-carpet walk. Flights, accommodation and outfit are your responsibility, and the stated dress code applies. We will confirm the specific event, credentials, entry requirements and arrangements in writing before travel. This bonus does not imply access to every festival event or sponsorship by the festival. External admission conditions do not remove our responsibility for the access expressly promised; inability to deliver is handled under Sections 5 and 6.
For a qualifying full-payment purchase, the offer also includes preparation and submission of a government-grant application by our partners at year-end. Eligibility and required information must be checked for the relevant grant. The grant maker decides whether funding is awarded; application support is not a funding guarantee.
Award or jury submissions are not awards or appointments. A promised speaking slot at our events is distinct from third-party festival or media access. Advertised publication, podcast, video and coaching quantities remain part of the accepted scope and are not canceled by a general disclaimer about income or external decisions.
The phrase "unlimited community access" is governed by the accepted offer and any duration or platform conditions expressly agreed before purchase; these Terms do not introduce a new duration limit or an automatic paid renewal. Any clarification affecting an existing purchase requires agreement rather than a unilateral restriction.
Advertised standalone values describe the offer's stated component values. They are not extra amounts payable, a guarantee of resale or business value, or an automatic formula for cancellation deductions. The total price for the accepted package remains USD 65,000.
